From 263 to 147 !  I'm 63.  8 years ago, I thought I'd never be able to Surf and hike, not in a million years

I was not that proud to say that

I felt like a jealous teenager!

It happened when my husband and I moved to a retirement home in Los Angeles near Santa Monica beach.

After decades of marriage and having grand kids, I never thought in my 60’s I’d be worrying about my husband leaving me. But that fear was the best thing that could have happened!

My Mom once said:

“Our body will never be the same after having kids

She was trying to scare me, but those words stuck with me for the next few decades!

My excuses born first everytime I had a kid

to defend why I struggled keeping the extras off. I never blamed all the chocolate, soda and fried chicken I enjoyed daily.

I see my scale moved only a little, so I thought about what my mom said and I started eating the food that alike. That has gained me unwanted thickness and lethargy.


At Milwaukee, the cold weather made it easier to ignore my extra baggage but the pleasant summer was telling my body to change. Due to these variations, my mind started to took another advantage and discovered one more excuse. I ignored what my body really needs. 


On the flip side, my husband gained little over the years. But he was out there enjoying his exciting social life.


It all changed in Florida and his newfound free time and zest for life!


I started to fall into a deep depression and anxiety took over my mind because of my unwanted gains. I used to be fit and athletic. My Passion was surfing and I adored it like heaven. But after 4 pregnancies, my body has gained so much and lost shape and my self-image shattered into pieces. Added to my cravings and excuses on the list. I hated myself being that way.


I couldn't even relax around our little private pool, thinking what would my husband think when he got home?


I lost my SELF-IMAGE and FELT ASHAMED to even step out of my home even to show my fully covered body, forget about Swimwear 


Though I stick to the Doctor's advice and exercise multiple times, I was not sure that I would restore my healthy past. I was losing few extras here and there, but it always regains when I had my favorite food.


Looks like, every single health plan out there by its very nature is set up to fail before they even get off the ground


But something changed. After all these, I can't skip my Eye checkup. While I was waiting at the reception, I overheard two ladies talking about a "simple daily ritual" that transformed their old school friend her new amazing life and a new beginning. I was curious to know. Somehow I got her number. I was eagerly waiting for her text that night like a desperate woman. As soon as I heard the text buzz, I opened


It dealt with something in the body called CRPs.


I’d never heard of it and to be honest, I didn’t care what it was, I wanted to know what it did!


Could it fix all my problems? 


=> It was not the retirement I dreamt off.. surrounding by golden beaches that I can't enjoy 

=> Stuck at home all day like jealousy that I refused to join my husband for an outing

=> All these days I only know useless doctors advice, failed eating plans, feeling depressed and hopeless





But it was like a life flipped, my body gets into shape melted the extras once I started implementing the simple daily routine


  • I wasted lot of my life believing the wrong things. Until finding out extra body gains has nothing to do with:

  • How much high intensity workouts or cardio I do...

  • How many meal plans I go on... 

  • How much high intensity workouts or cardio I do...

  • cutting out my favorite foods/snacks…

  • Strict eating schedule … ​Fasting...

  • ​Or even genetics or aging (Thanks doctor for that lie!)



  • I know my Mom didn’t realize the lasting effect of what she said to me, but the doctors have no excuse! They want me to feel I'm broken, that it’s my fault


    But I can now finally say, it’s not!


    I'm living a phenomenal life now at the age of 63.




    The Morning "Ancient Routine" changed everything for me and for my husband

  • My cravings gradually vanished

  • ​I slept like a baby all the way through the night - it’s been ages since I remember doing that

  • I ignored what the scales said - as my clothes get looser within days was magical

  • ​Started eating all my favorite foods/snacks with no guilt

  • ​Proved my Mom wrong as I saw my “baby bump” shrink into a once again flat

  • Brand new wardrobe - except a couple of things I’d kept from my 20’s that I can actually fit in again!!

  • ​​Yay!! lots of bikinis and Swim wares :)



  • ...none of it would make even the slightest difference if I didn't first follow the simple daily routine called

    Morning "Ancient Routine"


    Here I'm, a fully transformed woman, in my '60s enjoying all the activities along with my husband and grand kids, if not more. I thought I would share it with as many women to open that MAGIC PORTAL to their Awesome Past
